Hai sis.. iya dulu aku iseng2 aja diet , krn ga pernah bisa.. hasil dr iseng ini, pas bb turun gara2 benerin pola makan, lama2 aku wo 5 menit aja jumprope, lama2 nambah yoga, lama2 angkat beban.. tp bener konsisten itu susah krn terpaksa.. coba deh iseng2 diet nya klo membuahkan hasil pasti ketagihan lama2 jd konsisten
