I just knew that I gained weight this week because I did not eat as much veggies as I did the week before and I had a burger and fries on Wed., homemade half turkey and half beef. Color me surprised that I am down 1.5 pounds, I will take it! I can see the 150's in site and I am very happy with the slow weight-loss and if I keep this up I will be under 155 by the time of our vacation. I am not really stressing about that too much because I know that I am getting stronger and building muscle and I can finally see my belly fat is starting to go away!
