I took a sabbatical for the last week. I had a horrendous cold & was coughing & couldn't breathe. I know those are excuses but I just couldn't do it. I am still having heel pain on my right heel. I bought some really good running shoes(Asics) that will hopefully help. I've worked out the last 2 days with today being a great workout, maybe my best yet! I listened to music instead of watching TV while I did the bike & treadmill. I know it's all in my mindset. Hoepfully, I can get it going again!
