Any advice for adding more protein into my daily intake, without adding onto my fats and carbs?

For me egg whites. Add them to your whole eggs and it adds. I eat lots of chicken breast and tuna. Very low carb. I eat about 200 carbs on gym days and around 100 on rest days with higher fats. So i like fat free plain greek yogurt or cottage cheese. They're double or more protein to carbs. Just a couple ideas.

Really any fish. I eat a lot of tilapia and salmon too. There 24g per 4oz serving with no carbs super low fat.

I eat a lot of greek yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts, peanut butter, etc. Fage split cup yogurt is good since you can choose how much fruit/honey to put in. I also eat Skinny Pop for snack.

1 cup of Muscle Egg---cake batter flavor. Has 26g protein. Delicious !!!

I'm with Hebrews1036. I like and do alot of protein. I always have bc I luv muscle. I enjoy Tuna, Halibut, Salmon, Sardines, yogurt, protein shakes, egg-whites, cottage cheese, chicken, & cheese. :)

Thank you everyone! I will look into adding some of these to my roster- especially the cottage cheese, since for some reason I always forget about it! And fish is always good, although I need to look up recipes with lower fat to go with it. I do have protein powder and chia seeds, so that works as well. Thank you again- you all rock!

Chicken breast and fish work well for me. If you just want to add a meal's worth of protein with little fat or carbs it's hard to beat a protein shake like Premier Protein shakes. 30 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat and 4 grams of carbs...

protein powders or protein shakes. boiled eggs maybe. I some times use 310 shakes. only 15 grams of protein but also only 90 to 110 calories.

I put a scoop of whey protein powder into my hot oatmeal, every morning.

0% Fage yogurt with a little protein sprinkled in is my go to! It adds about 5 carbs but with the protein added it’s like 25 g of protein

My husband uses Premier Protein Shakes for lunch @work and he does Whey Protein Powder & Muscle Milk shakes too. He sometimes adds banana, and/or peanut butter. I add Honey, and/or sometimes strawberries, or a small scoop of ice cream, ice, milk, etc. to my shakes or just drink them plain. I sometimes do Glucerna Homemade Vanilla flavored shakes too to replace a meal especially when I don't have time and am in a hurry. :)

I lie legumes.such as chic peas, cannolini beans also eggs. Add these to-a salad.
