I really messed up last night. My brother-in-law (well technically he used to be but we are still very close) started playing with a new band. So my sister-in-law (again, technically not but we used-to-be, but we are still very close) called me to ask if I would go with her because she had an extra ticket and it has been a long time since we have all gotten together. We had a great time, the new group he is playing with is a tribute band and they are pretty good. But did I ever blow my calorie count out of the water! Way, WAY too much alcohol, too much pizza, so now going to see my weight doctor on Tuesday I am just hoping I didn't do too much damage - not like I have been good all month - If I was, I wouldn't worry about one day. well, I guess we will see.

It's true Cindy, even though I disappointed myself it ended up OK. Besides, it just really, REALLY good to get out and do something for a change.
