pejuang otot peruttttt ... mari makan siang... ini aku bagi 2 ya buat siang sama malam krn kalori nya kalo makan 1x cukup tinggi.. setara sama nasi padang, tp lebih sehat salad aja... hehe dan ga berlemak banget
