Okay, here I go AGAIN. I'm switching back to Weight Watchers because there are no limitations on food. It's real and that's what I need. I get more hungry on WW than on South Beach but that's okay. I can deal with that in the beginning. It gets easier. I was going to start on Monday when my Feb vacation ends but there's no time like the present. I'm 10 lbs heavier than I was last year at this time. That has to stop! Okay...here goes...

Maybe try to eat some protein every couple of hours and lots of high fiber, lower calorie foods. They will keep you fuller longer. I love hummus and veggies, string cheese with fruit, cheese and whole wheat crackers, kashi cereal, yogurt, high fiber whole wheat english muffin pizza's (with tomato sauce and 2% cheese). Good luck!
