I'm doing well, I went out with the girls lastnight. I had too much salad and a cup of clam chowder. I feel that I should punish myself, so I am going back on the induction stage for a week. I hope this teaches me to stay within the guidelines. I hope by the 24th, I am down to 189. I know this is a long stretch by a girl can hope!:)
