今天是怎麼回事兒!?太感人了~~🎉🎉🎉
我昨天還去吃肉多多火鍋,飽到攤在椅子上耶,不過早上要來輕微節食一下,沒有準備餐盒,只喝無糖豆漿+大麥若葉。
有空來研究168跟斷食的內容,嘗試看看😁
