weigh in today was .5 up. not what i wanted to see but not too bad either. i am back on it today and for the rest of the week. healthy choice time!!!

Hi hollywood! It's not possible or healthy to go straight down. You just broke through 220, next will be 210. By the time you break 200, which shouldn't be too far off if you keep going at this pace, you will be unstoppable! To attain your goal is easily within your power, just believe in yourself and keep plodding on. It's amazing what we *can* do and you are doing just great buddy!
