I’ve been eating literally whatever I want. That stops now. I need to keep myself in check. I cannot see the scale climb again.

girl I am literally right there with you. I don't know what happened but my motivation to workout and eat right came to a screeching halt and I'm scared to get on the scale.. need to get back in gear cuz I'm scared of the 10lb increase. after all this dang work I've put it.. 😒 we've got this!
