Just have to make it through the day, then it's the weekend! I'm sure I'm not the only one ready to put this week behind me and get to the weekend.

I enjoyed the cake we made for my hubby last night. I had one piece, but it was probably bigger than it should have been. Tomorrow we're having cake at my mom's too, so too much cake this week, but I'm going to try to get on my workouts and keep the rest of my eating reasonable so I don't have a cake gain next week. I was listening to Jim Gaffigan on Pandora the other day and he has a bit about cake "Who thought of putting ice cream with cake? You know what would go good with this sugar bread? Sugar milk!" Just made me laugh as I was on my way home to make a cake.

I did get my workout in last night and am planning on doing one tonight and both days this weekend. I should have the time to get it done, so no excuses. Sunday and Monday it's supposed to be in the 60's here, so I'm going to do my couch to 5K those days. It will be nice to get out in the fresh air. I'm actually excited to get back to it, even if it's only a couple of days.

Cake!! Why do we all have a weakness for cake!! The things we have to have for a birthday! Kudos to you for getting the workout done and plans for more on the weekend! If the weather is that good, you definitely have to get out and get running! I just got back from my lunchtime run and the weather was 34F and it was awesome!!! Have a great weekend!

Thanks aggie! I'm a wimp when it comes to the cold, so I'm hoping if I can start running as it gets nice out, then when it gets cold again I'll be addicted and just do it. :)

Sugar bread and sugar milk lmao, love it! Awesome job getting the workout in and you had better be out running with weathet that nice! We saw forty-five today and it was insanely wonderul. We will be back below freezing for the weekend tho... boo! Have a wonderful weekend!!
