BadAndee's Journal, 17 Feb 09

I've been running my buns in the gym every day, as usual! nothing has changed! In fact, i'm doing two-a-days! one hour is about the treadmill. and a few hours later I go back to the gym for another hour and do 1/2 hour treadmill, 1/2 bike...and some days mix it up with the weights and sit-ups. I'm slowly but surely getting back to perfect physical fitness...which will be just in time for the hectic work schedules that will soon be happening...spring season is a biggie for the tree nursery!

Diet-wise, i'm still staying on carb controlled eating, and doing very well. I like the difference in energy when that energy source is from the body's breakdown of fat, rather than the immediate use of carbs!

Wow...did I just write a no-nonsense journal? SOMEBODY SLAP ME! lol

YAWN, my pedantic friend! You sounded so high-brow you lost me at "controlled eating" :) All that gym-ing is giving ya a no-nonsense serious air! I want my ruckus-causing Badandee back! P.S: I'll grant ya--that workout is killer, it'll pay off, I promise!!!

Wow, maybe that's what I need to do. Though I'd just do probably do 45 mins and 45 mins. Bet I'd see some results then, good idea. Actually, the it had crossed my mind once or twice so I won't give you all the credit, haaaaaaaaaaa!

How ARE you??? Too busy at the gym to check up on us? I am at the fitness club on a regular basis....funny...I haven't run into you at the club! LOL Have a great weekend.
