Forgot to mention that on Sunday, March 2, I went with the family to Ryan's for lunch. I was so proud of the fact that I stayed within the guidelines of Atkins and ate only a chicken leg (no skin) and some broccoli and green beans.
Then I looked around at everyone else's plate and saw that their plates were piled high with lots of food, mostly carbs, and then I looked at their bodies and I could see why they were heavy. They even went back for seconds. Not Me! I was really proud of myself. I did however go for 5 small chunks of cantelope. When I left the restaurant I had that exhilerating feeling of pride and accomplishment. I just hope now that I begin to see a regular weight loss.
