Allhamdulillah beneran..tetep mkn nasi dan ngemil tpi msih dalam defisit kalori..jam mkan yg teratur

1 bulan pertama stiap hri olaraga..PGI joging sore aerobik..obik nya cuma 15 mnit.. Bulan berikutnya pling 2x dlm sminggu

Klo mkan, Pagi q srapan ubi atau labu + protein .. Siang mkan nasi atau labu / jagung protein Sore ubi labu protein..
