bouncing up and down between half a kil, think its because of the yucky weather.
I usually do two walks a day but with not being well ive not been out in the bad weather and neglected my treadmill.
it'll have to be treadmill if I'm gonna break this cycle. I dont have time to gain weight, I'm slimming to try for a baby.
