I appear to have come to a standstill! since 8th feb my weight hasn't changed, despite having good weeks and bad weeks. Ive been very busy lately so haven't been recording everything ive eaten but ive not done too bad. Im thinking I need to get on that though as I still have a lot of weight to loose. Have also not been to the gym due to injury but hopefully I can return soon
