Today I finish my first 30 Day Challenge! I pledged to myself that I would not quit, I would not starve, and I would be mindful to fuel my body with nutritional foods but also allow "social" foods in moderation. I feel really proud of myself. I lost 5.4 pounds on my last week which makes my total loss (30 days) 14.8 pounds gone, bye bye...YES! Thank you God. I know this is only possible because of YOU.
