Thank you for the support Jenny! It’s been hard work since I can’t exercise. I injured both knees. Now the only way I’m maintaining my weight is by eating in my calorie range.

You know they have chair exceriseing on youtube it's for a low impact like 7 min work out so you won't get to the point where you feel weak from not excerising and have to start all over again after your knees heal hope you get better soon
