Well its Friday finally. Its been a long and tough week for me. I must admit I was craving a ton of sweets this week and did give in and have some carmel corn. I know I could have been much better and will aim to make that improvement for next week. I also had a tough week with headaches. This very cold weather brings on migraines for me and makes it very tough to get a good work out in. I fear going into the weekend that I will follow old habit and splurge too much. I don't want to gain over the weekend. I am going to make a concious effort to be careful on the weekend so that next week I am not working on loosing the same 1-2 pounds I lost the week before.
