Well, I TOTALLY didn't want to go to the gym today but forced myself. Realized my workout kind of sucked and maybe that's why I was having such a hard time making myself go. Too much cardio, which honestly - for me - is just boring. I already walk 1.6 miles to get there. So today I did 20 min of intervals on the stepper and then through the Speed Zone (it is only in group use at about 10am, so when I get there at noon I can just go through the zone at my own pace) Worked on my major muscle groups for about 40 min, and that was it. Food - still doing good! Not doing carb free but def low car and NO grains, NO starches.
