Birthday dinners are great..but so hard to eat right..especially at the melting pot..CHOCOLATE AND CHEESE FONDUE!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. ok I seriously need to get with it again! motivation please.

Are you in Chicago by chance ? We have Melting Pots everywhere.... lol... I haven't been to one in so long ! I love fondue, but the worst part of being at that restaurant - especially on a Holiday - is that you leave there smelling like the oil that permeates the building ! (Perhaps that is why they are updating many of the older buildings ! LOL)
Anyhow ~ We do our own fondue at home every NYE. I love it ! (and it can be quite healthy if you have the right dippers.... tons of veggies, and broth for the meats....) :)

Thanks for your comment! yeah my birthday is actually on valentines day! Yeah I ate so much!!! I want to go back right now. hahaha. I did have a lot of veggies..but the dessert platter was gone in like 5min !hahaha. oh well Im not going to stress it...im going to eat super healthy today because tomorrow I will def be eating a cake and having lots of food! Oh and by the way, Im in southern california :)
