Closing off my Off Season. Starting to work on symmetry and specific muscle geoup building in March. Extremely happy with the progress I've made this Off-Season. Completed a good clean bulk while maintaining a lean look and improving strength substantially for my weight. I've never pushed or pulled so heavy at my current weight. AND I did it without gaining weight and losing my lean look! Love that! Ready to keep working!
