- telor 2 butir
- susu uht 4sdm
- keju parut 30gr
- garam, merica secukupnya
Kocok semua bahan hingga rata, kemudian masak di teflon menggunakan 1/2sdm margarin.
Masaknya terserah mau didadar atau orak arik. Klo aku di orak arik.
Saus mentai:
- 2sdt mayonnaise
- 1sdt saos sambal
- 1sdt saos tomat
- 1sdt kecap asin
- 1sdt minyak wijen
Campur semua bahan, kemudian aduk rata.
Penyajian:
- masukkan 100gr nasi merah/putih di mangkuk kaca
- masukkan telor, kemudian ratakan
- beri saus mentai diatasnya kemudian di torch/bakar
- sajikan
