@galuh : iyaa di pan pake api kecil oatmeal dipanasin trs pake air dikit ajaa biar lunak, tp jangan sampai jd bubur :)

@yekti : pakee kaldu totole ayam 1sdt, sama garam himalayan 1 sdt kurang, lada sedikit. Udh ituu ajaa :) enak kok

@dysam : iyaa pake minyak, pakenya extra light olive oil 5ml aja / sekitar 1 sdt kok.. kalorinya 40an kkal
