Thank you. I am just starting my keto week one. Always good to take a picture of what it looks like and compare it at the end. My goal is to have more abs showing. Good luck on your journey as well.

@thomas609 I always start my day with a black coffee, 16 hours fast, and break my fast with a few eggs, good fats like avocado or nuts. I only eat keto bread and avoid anything sweet with sugar in it.
