Today is so much better than yesterday already!!! Woke up yesterday with a nasty head cold. I know I didn't eat off plan just couldn't be bothered to chart it.
Today cold meds working, so made homemade chicken soup for lunch. It was delish.
Hubby making sliders for dinner using keto buns we made and he wants to try his hand at Jicama fries.
Another nice drop. So keeping to goal and a bit more of 1- 2lb a week.
