yg perlu diperhatikan lemak jenuh, sebisanya ga dikonsumsi, tapi max sekitar 20gr/hari. kalo lemak tak jenuh malah kalo bisa sampai 60gr. lihat perbandingan makronutrisi jg kalo aku
