Definitely overindulged on vacation, BUT I DID stay away from gluten and dairy! Yay!
Dr. appt tomorrow. Hopefully I will really get some ANSWERS. And gonna start taking off the weight TOMORROW! Have a good 8 or so lbs. I NEED off! More importantly, I need to eat healthier. No more fried stuff! Been eating french fries instead of any breads, fooling myself that they're gluten frie when in fact: 1) they can definitely be victim to cross contamination, 2) gluten free or not, they are NOT health food! Lol.
Goals: 1500-1800 cals/day (start higher and see what happens to weight) 3 weights workouts a week (start New Rules for Abs next week?) 3 cardio (1 is spin, 1 is intervals, 1 is easy--AND follow lifting with light cardio?) look at the MCA schedule and see if I can find a class that works for me! (AND a yoga class to do with sara).
