Warm Up Traveling/walk - up/return 10 Hip hugs 10 Butt kicks 10 Monster kick
TRX (glutes/quads) 12 squats 12 split lunges (each leg)
20 LBS BAR BELL 12 Dead lifts (hamstring)
GREEN MINI BAND (positioned above knees) inside/outside thighs
Sideways walk (low crouch) (12 steps each direction) 2X's
Standing (supported) 12 side raises/abduction each leg. 2X's
REPEAT ALL ABOVE 3 TIMES. Every other day.
