Whew, today was a whirlwind of activity. I deep cleaned a few rooms in the house. Wish I knew how to log my mornung chores into kcal since there is nothing there similar to feeding cattle with 70# square bales, or 30# chop pails, etc... My knee actually let me do so much today, cleaning walking etc
I actually feel like I am on cloud 9 today made 2 loves of multigrain bread, dk chocolate cupcakes, filled with homemade Bavarian creme and frosted, hubby is one that eats everything in sight and it doesn't affect him.
I didn't so much as take a taste. Before I would have had to have at least one... I remembered that I am worth more than derailing my eating style. I feel to good to take a chance. Tomorrow is going to be a slow easy day, I am quilting after feeding livestock.
