I buy the cheapest ones from the grocery store. Place them on aluminum foil and bake them on 425 for 15 - 20 minutes.

I love sweet potato fries! I like them better over a French fry which is so weird.

I find they digest better than potato fries. I have also made butternut squash fires. Question for Firestarta: Do they have any oil on them?

anne, just slice into fries and air fry at 375° turning every 18 mins til crispy
