Well I had been doing really well this and yesterday found out my mom has breast cancer, talk about a blow. My mom is one of my best friends she is there for anything I need anytime I need it and I am freaking out! They caught it very early and it hasn't spread at all but she has to have surgery and go through radition, and it is just a scary situation. I also am keeping in mind that her mother died of breast cancer and now my mom has it and that is scary. And I guess I'm an emotional eater, because last night I went nuts and it didn't make me feel any better, but I thought it would. This morning I'm over the shock a little bit and my mom has a great attitude that we've found it now lets fix it and that is great so today is a new day and I'm gonna be back on track, I'm going to work out right now. I CAN DO THIS!!

Your Mom will have her surgery and radiation and you will be there for her. They caught it early and that is what counts. It is wonderful you look at her as your best friend, that must be wonderful for her to know that, that you love her like that, that you have a close relationship. She is a lucky woman to have you in her life. Keep up the exercise and eating healthy, that will burn off stress for you right now. I will keep you both in my prayers and thoughts. Take care.

You are in my thoughts and prayers, and your right,its darn scarey, scariest thing on earth to hear those words, i wanna tell ya, since last March, Myself and my family have been BY my MOM side,with her cancer , and long story short, things were not good for awhile, BUT, she is in remission, and doing wonderful, the power of prayer, it works!!!! GOD BLESS YOU, and i am here for YOU!!!!!
