Thus, I begin again. I managed to get my weight down this time last year, and stopped using this app.. But thanks to being in lock-down for nearly a year now, I've managed to put it all back on.
I have a goal of reaching 130 by April. That's 10 pounds. It's gonna' take a lot of will-power, but God willing, I can accomplish this goal. Focus on HIM, and all things are possible. Feb. 17, 2021
