Minus 3 Oh...nearing maybe over the weekend. OMAD going strong...had a doughnut day (1) and a glass of milk on VDay. Did a 5 mile walk post VDay (felt guilty). Sugars limited to mostly whole foods. Minimal processed food intake. Here we Go!
87.7 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
