Well, I have found the number of calories that my body needs to maintain weight while I am at home. It's 1950 for me. So I try to keep my weekly average around it.
Of course when I will go out or workout, I will need more. But as of now, this number works well for me.
I am sure everyone can find what number works for them. It may require tracking and some trial and error too.

@AmitChawla, thanks. But I can't find the right daily consume calories. I managed balancing macros also my test blood have so progress 👍🏼.but trapped in yo-yo diet to find best daily amount activity and calories. I'm supper busy 🤷🏽♀️then find a routine is so hard🤦🏽♀️. Thanks again for sharing your experience with me, 😉🙏🏼

AI awww. I hope you find some extra time to oserve the calories, so you can get to know the right amount. Otherwise TDEE calculators can also help. These are not accurate, but can give a general idea of where to start.
