I'm going to put this question out there and see what you all think. Should I do strength training and HIIT video on the same day? I usually do the weight training first for 45 mins and lately I've been lifting heavier with less reps, then I go home from the gym and do the Julian Michaels HIIT video where she also uses weights. I've tried looking it up and some articles say do it on different days and some say do it 6 hrs apart, which would be too hard for me to do. I want to see what you all think.

From Fitbod
HIIT training on it’s own has amazing benefits. When combined with weights it gives a whole new dimension to your workout, allowing you to work your full body in a short period of time. HIIT with weights can burn fat and calories both during and after the workout, build muscle, and improve heart health. This style of workout is also called ‘metabolic resistance training’.
