02/14/2021 Happy Valentine’s Day Down 2.2# Yay I had some small struggles. I get hungry at night regardless of what diet. Night around 9-10 is my biggest struggle. Usually I want something sweet. I broke down with a Atkins bar. So my calorie intake was 742. I’m keeping apples and pickles close. I think I get through this week struggle will be hind me.
