Ada beberapa sih mbak, aku kmrn nyoba rendem 5menitan pake air sama cuka trs dicuci bersih, baru di marinasi. Bisa jg pake tepung maizena, garam sama bubuk kunyit, diemin 20menitan trs cuci bersih, baru deh marinasi.. semoga membantu :))

@makfikri : halo mbak, sebelumnya saya rendam dorinya pake air + cuka sekitar 5 menit, biar amisnya ilang, terus cuci bersih. Bumbu marinasi : campur 1sdt blackpepper, 1sdt ketumbar bubuk, 2 bwg putih diparut, jeruk nipis dikit, sama parsley kering, saya diemin sekitar 25menit.
Setelah itu saya kasih bumbu oles sebelum dipanggang, pake 1 sdm kecap manis tropicana slim + 1 sdt kecap asin. :))
