I tried a new pancake since the pork rind kind gets soggy kind of fast this one was way yummy...
Single Flaxmeal Pancake 2 eggs beaten 6 tbsp flaxmeal 1/4 tsp baking powder Splenda to taste
Atkin's webpage calls it 3 carbs
I added a bit of wipping cream to bring this all up to 6 carbs. The pancake took up a whole frying pan so its more like two small cakes :)
