Finished Week 2 of C25K! Feels good! Almost blacked out cos was trying to run as fast as possible at some point (my phone tells me my maximum speed with a sexy voice! lol) - 7.8 mph! But after that felt so tired was dragging myself in a snow. I hate this weather!

Ate well 2day, I guess my body needed all that crap I ate last nite, now I don't want anything, just meats, vegies and fruit! :)
