Good morning all, thank you for welcoming me to your community. I want to keep my eyes wide open this time, no fooling myself with lies like "I really don't eat that much".. Over the next week or so I'm going to eat as I normally do and keep tabs of it all on here so I can not only see the truth of what I consume on a daily basis, but also how I can revise my eating habits. I have to work this weekend, hopefully it goes better than last weekend. My body didn't agree with returning to work after a years hiatus and I got physically ill...I ended up sleeping off and on for days trying to recoup. So here's to round two, may my mind do what my body can't, and my spirit do what my mind can't!
