GOAL: Less than 120 lbs. by Sat., Feb. 14 DIET: Not on any right now. Just eating healthy at lunches, but dinners are a write-off including tonight -- Greek food.
Well, I'm holding my weight steady. Not too happy about, but really glad that I'm not putting on weight.
Jan. 27: Step Class for 45 minutes Jan. 28: Cardio Bosu - got there late, so i didn't get a bosu (have of an exercise ball), instead, i had to use a step - turns out there was a huge diff, my co-worker got a bosu and her legs were so sore, mine weren't so i don't think i got much of a workout
