Today I didn't do well on the water. Only 6 glasses today. I did however go for a 30 minute walk when I didn't feel like it! I ate lots of veggies, chicken and more veggies. I'm feeling lighter already!

Yay for the 30 min walk!! Drinking 64oz of water seem like a lot. I live in Arizona and most of us walk around with water bottles - otherwise the air will suck the moisture right out of our skins and we'll all look like prunes :-). I find it easier to drink my quota if I keep a bottle of water with me wherever I go and fill it when it gets empty. Love the picture, by the way.
