Boom.
This semester I started taking an aerobics and stretch and strength class. Very thankful for the instructor understanding my physical condition. . . she makes me stand next to her and she "criticizes" me the entire time. I genuinely love it. It doesn't hurt that she is blasting gospel music the entire time and telling us things like "Now you kick forward and you kick backward! You're kicking Satan! He comes from both directions! You wanna hit his momma and his daddy too!" Gorgeous woman.
School makes it hard to keep up with food diary. I genuinely feel like I am sacrificing time by updating this thing.
