Stuck at current weight, lol. Back to meat and cheese, cheese and meat! Darn those veggies yesterday...I do not think eating a nice salad was helpful; perhaps it was too much. Anyway, I am not worried, am happy I am not going up. Cutting back on those addictive atkins bars too. They are yummy and do not bother my stomach at all, but I do not believe those carbs are helpful!!! I bought the strips today to test for ketosis; keeping closer tabs on myself!!!!

Often Atkins bars can stall people, could you possibly live without them for a while to see if they are your problem? - then you could eat the healthy veggies again which is way better for you anyway. It's worth a try!

Yes, get rid of those Atkins bars. Or at least just save them for an occasional emergency. Other than that I wouldn't stress over not losing for the past 2 days. It's not always going to give you a loss daily. Maybe try to weigh in only once a week. That way you can see a big loss over smaller more frequent ones. But you are doing good.

The veggies will help you lose, the cheese may be too much, some people have a problem with cheese.. And you are doing great, dont sweat the small things, probably just water. Early on I weighed my water bottle, it was 2.2 lbs and I drink 2 a day, thats over 4 lbs of water, so expect fluctuations :) You have already lost more than I do in a month!!

Thank you all. Yes, live without the atkins bars...I can...YIKES, hands shaking already, lol. But it makes sense that Veggies are GOOD. I so enjoyed my nice salad yesterday and counted every morsel on it. And found yummy blue cheese for it. Those atkins bars make my hubby sick when he eats them, so there is something evil in them, lol. And switch to weighing myself once per week, ok ok ok...THAT is a good idea. I have to calm down and be patient!!!! I appreciate all the support; you buddies are the BEST!!!

Well, just think about it. Look at the ingredients. There are more things in those bars than you can pronounce, let alone every heard of. These are chemicals created by people in a lab somewhere. Don't get me wrong, I am not a health nut claming to eat only natural foods.
