Okay, so, new to this whole thing. Not much of a joiner, but gonna see what happens. Spent most of December flat on my back with pneumonia that turned septic. Diabetes got jacked as did my bad liver and I lost an amazing amount of muscle tone. Trying to get myself on track, healthwise. Will try to keep my progress updated.
