Wow I'm here late. But I wanted to just lay something in my journal. Well nothing extra for the day. My eating went well. I have not be counting calories nor measuring. But thought I would try the counting for a few day to see just where I am with the amounts that I do it. most all the time my food is eaten from saucers instead of plates. My rule is if it doesn't fit, Piled or hanging of the side it is too much. and I'm full after I have finished. This is what I have been doing for the last 7 years. which maybe why I have not gained all the lost weight back in spite of the Junk that I was so into. Just seems I should not be having such a hard time dropping after adding exercise, water and pushing away from the junk. Maybe the body is trying to adjust? I'm not sure, But If I don't go back up to 160 by the end of the month. I will feel ok. I will take it as slow but progress. I'll keep moving.

I love that saucer idea. I too use a favorite bowl for most of my meals. It holds a full meal for me. 🤗

Thanks Chow moore. It is what I do and that part does work for me. At least when I'm done. I'm not hungry and it is no second servings. Thanks for your comment I learned I'm not the only one doing something like this lol.
