I was a little worried about lunch today - it was an office potluck and the food is always ridiculously yummy! But I was really attentive to what I ate, and more importantly what I didn't. But I took a few small tastes just so I didn't feel deprived. It was great to walk back to my office knowing I did not eat that pizza or have any of the desserts. Yet I was full and felt satisfied.
