Itu chia hanya 5 gram, direndem air. Pakai yogurt plain biokul. Harianku serat 27-30 gram. Jadi udah pas banget takaran di saya, ok.. Gak pake moncor2 club.

Di beberapa literatur, chia bisa dikonsumsi sampai 30gram per hari. Jadi 5 gram doang santai aja..

Makanan aq tiap hr. Kalo aq pakai apel,pir sma nanas atau mangga klo lg ada. Trs pake yogurt sma chia seed. Trs cb ksh batu es deh sma nata de coco trs skm tropicana 1sdt. Ga pke jg gpp krn dh manis nata de coco. Jamin deh bkal lbh enak
